Maintain Your Brain
This program is designed for those with early memory loss and those interested in promoting a healthy brain. In addition to social stimulation, the group works though memory therapy exercises and trivia games. The group meets from 10 am to 11:30 am on the Second and Fourth Thursday of the month at Carteret Street United Methodist Church, 408 Carteret Street., Beaufort. There is a fee of $10 per person or $15 for a couple.
