In-Home

Respite Aides are available for a minimum of 2 hours.  CNAs or trained home companions (based on the client’s needs) go into the client’s home to care for the Alzheimer’s patient in the comfort and safety of their own surroundings. Hours are scheduled on an as-needed basis.  All Respite Aides undergo a background check, receive annual training, and are bonded and insured. The fee for this program is based on the sliding fee scale according to the Federal Government Poverty Guidelines.
